THE COACH
The lead trainer for the workshop is Mr. Alan Chan (MBA, University of Bath, UK), the principal consultant of Orange Management. Alan wears many hats that include training specialist, management consultant, and peak performance coach. He has had 18 years of experience in Malaysia conducting a wide range of courses and seminars from soft skills to management training programmes for blue-chip companies like Maybank, Citibank, Maxis Communication and Timberland Singapore. Alan is also the founder of Super Learning CampTM and he has been coaching children and youth both in Singapore and Malaysia since 2001.
