Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)
A fellowship of Christians dedicated to the task of winning boys and girls to Christ. CEF is an international, Bible-centred, faith ministry with headquarters located in the St. Louis metropolitan area in Warrenton, Missouri.
The Fellowship was founded by Rev. J. Irvin Overholtzer, a pastor deeply burdened by God for children in need of a Saviour.
CEF was incorporated as an organisation in Chicago, Illinois in 1937 and has since grown into a worldwide ministry.
Organised CEF ministries now exist in more than 150 countries around the world. 6.1 million children worldwide heard the Good News through CEF with over one million making professions of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Instructor: Ms Khoo Siew Ean
Ms Khoo Siew Ean is the Executive Director of CEF Malaysia. She has served in CEF Malaysia since she started the work in 1986 after 2 years internship with CEF Singapore.
She has traveled throughout the Asia Pacific helping in CEF training in these countries. In the last few years, due to lack of workers in Malaysia, she now travels less overseas but spends more time in the country to keep up with the growing ministry.
