Speaker’s Profile:   Dr. Jacob Ng is a Clinical Psychologist and has been involved in the Mental Health Services for almost 30 years.  He has worked at several hospitals, medical clinics and residential facilities as a Case Manager, Behavior Specialist, Psychotherapist and Mental Health Clinician with Psychiatrists.   Dr. Ng has conducted counseling seminars for professionals on adult, children, couple and family issues internationally and in the USA.

Session one:

Introduction: Be There and Be Ready for the Hurting

Session two:

3.30 pm - 4.00 pm

Counseling defined by Biblical perspectives

Break: 4.00 pm to 4.15 pm

Session three: 4.15 pm to 5.30 pm

Listening and Response TechniquesRole Play

5.30 pm to 6.00 pm Conclusion
